Our mission is to promote and support the art of bonsai in the State of Hawaii through exhibitions, education, and community. Membership in HBA is open to all bonsai enthusiasts who support our mission and programs.

Get Involved
Whether you are brand new to the art of bonsai, want to give it another try, or simply want to meet others who share your passion for miniature trees, the best way to get started is to take a class and join a bonsai club.
(The Hawaii Bonsai Association's ABCs of Bonsai class will not be offered in 2025.)

Kauai Bonsai Club - Introduction to Bonsai Seminar

Lihue Neighborhood Center, 3353 Eono Street, Lihue.
